The President of the United States of America Barack Obama on Monday announced initiatives for middle class people. He offered the help for those people who struggle to pay bills. Appealing to middle-class representatives he said they had been “under assault for a long time”.

Obama describes the suggestions from the White House in the State of the Union address preview. Its purpose is to answer voters’ questions concerning the economy and restore connection with the public. These suggestions must be included in Obama’s budget request that is to be presented to the Congress next week.

The main initiatives are: credit for families that earn less than $85,000; a program to cap student loan payments at 10 percent of income above "a basic living allowance"; a doubling of the child care tax and others.

Obama’s suggestions also involve new tax break expansion to match retirement savings and aid increasing for those people who take care of senior relatives. This program requires from employers to create the workplace-based retirement savings project.

The President also strives to offer several attractive variants for tax bearers keeping in mind those painful consequences of the loss of a traditionally Democratic Senate seat in Massachusetts to Republican Scott Brown.

Barack Obama and Democrats try to regroup to prevent legislative, congressional and gubernatorial seats at the intermediate elections this autumn. Double-digit unemployment and slow economic reconstruction led to Obama’s poll numbers being off also.

In his speech Obama said: "Too many Americans have known their own painful recessions long before any economists declared that there was a recession".

Barrack Obama announced that the most important thing to do to rebuild the middle class was to create new jobs and the decrease of unemployment.

The President believes that it is not possible to create strong powerful state without stable middle class and now America needs of it as never before.

These ideas let also to help to such families with their children education that is very important for them. Good education gives an opportunity to find good job in the future, to create strong effective army, the meaningful financial reforms become possible also.

According to the White House’s announcement the new proposals are aimed to help those people who take care both of children and senior relatives. They will help to strengthen many spheres of life such as economy, consumers’ protection, education, energy, financial regulations.

In accordance to the president's ideas, families that make under $85,000 a year would get their child care tax credit nearly doubled. Families that make under $115,000 would also get some increasements in their tax credit as well.

Barack Obama included these ideas in up-coming budget. He is sure that it is a very good way to strengthen the economy of the United States. The middle class is the base of strong state and these initiatives to help middle class families showed the necessity of government and population cooperation.
