I've seen this "teh" usage in too many places where it can't be explained as a typo or mis-spelling (even on a blog where spelling is notoriously bad, like this one), so it must mean something. What?

This would deserve an Academy Award but for one error: Bob Novak, who is depicted, along with the Usual Suspects, as a "war blogger," opposed the Iraq war -- back when John Kerry and other pro-war Democrats supported it. Correction, please!
