  1. 2 months of hard work, documented on paper ๐Ÿ“ I'm not going to lie and say I didn't fall off track, that I ate healthy 100% of the time, and that I hit the gym every day. Cant believe people still think that like that. ๐Ÿ˜ž Why? "Because at nights you dont use so much energy so it will stored as fat". I can say without a doubt that that is such a big myth! Eating more food that your body needs to maintain it self will make you gain weight/fat! Period. Burning more calories than you eat leads to fat loss and eating more calories than you burn makes you gain weight. It does NOT matter of your body type or what type of food or what time of the day you eat, when you control your daily caloric intake! Do you think the body has a clock and knows its almost midnight๐Ÿ•›so it wills store the food immediately into fat cells?..NOโ€ผ๏ธ Bad information and unknowledgeable people spread this kind of words around and make other people have a bad relationship with foods and makes their life difficult. Keep an eye of how much you eat the whole day and worry less of what time it is.
