  1. I'm so silly... I thought my lack of bendiness was my spine & back muscles that limited my backbends. It might also be tightness along the front of my thighs, hips, and abdomen. Love the King Arthur Pose! It targets quads and hip flexors, making it a great prep for backbends. With the wall I can press my hips all the way back against the wall to really target my quads! Love learning new things & sharing my knowledge!💛

  1. The camel pose can be a tough one. I discovered the wall gives me a little security & assistance in my bend. By pressing against the wall, chest lifted then bending back with my hands to the heels is possible! Sometimes a little support is all you need!

  1. Planking is one of my favorite body weight exercises because they are effective 🔥, versatile 🔄, and you can do them anywhere 🏠🌴. Planks target your major core muscles, your glutes 🍑, and strengthen and improve your balance. You can modify them by doing them on your elbows 💪🏽, hands 🤚🏽, wide legged, feet together 👣, on a stability ball, medicine ball 🏀, really anything! The different modifications change the intensity of the exercise. Try and see how long ⌛️you can hold anyone of these plank and try it 3x!!
